Incorporated in 1998, Pacific West Realty Group is a privately held investment company actively involved in real estate oriented equity and debt investments. The combined expertise of our management team in real property, estate, tax, and financial matters allows us to offer client’s diversified financial services unique to the industry.  We pride ourselves on our long-term relationships with our clients and the reputation we have established of having uncompromising integrity.

In 32 years together, the principals of Pacific West Realty Group have participated in real estate transactions at every level. As real estate brokers they have bought, sold and exchanged hundreds of properties for our clients. At times we have been both developer and sponsor of partnerships involving new construction of apartments, condominiums and single family residences valued at over $150,000,000. We have sponsored partnerships in which we acquired and managed hundreds of apartments in various areas of San Diego, CA. In other instances we have raised capital for third party developers of new construction, renovation and existing investment properties. All together these investment activities account for over half a billion dollars.

Today, Pacific West Realty Group concentrates its efforts in lending capital in the form of trust deeds. However, because of our extensive experience, Pacific West Realty Group will, on occasion, sponsor equity and loan participation transactions, or assist with the development process in joint venture arrangements.
